A non-refundable deposit of 30% of total bill is required on booking and the balance 4 weeks before the safari date, although in certain circumstances larger deposits are required. If booking within 4 weeks of the safari date, the whole amount is payable at time of confirmation. Notwithstanding any prior confirmation of arrangements, the right is reserved not to undertake a booking if payment is not made in accordance with the foregoing.  For international air tickets, full payment will be required at the time of issuing the tickets. Exact terms and conditions of the airline ticket will also apply.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

Reservations that are canceled/ reduced in length of stay or numbers (rooms and persons) hereinafter collectively called a CANCELLATION are subject to Cancellation and No Show Fees as follows:
1. Between 0 – 35 days of the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the applicable rate
2. Between 35- 45 days of the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the applicable rate
3. Between 45-60 days of the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 25% of the applicable rate

RESPONSIBILITY

All bookings are accepted on the specific condition that Lifestyle Travel acts only as a booking agent for the tour members in making arrangements for hotels, lodges, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants or any other services in connection with any itinerary. Every effort and care will be taken in making such arrangements, however, Lifestyle Travel does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to any act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person or any of their servants or agents rendering any of the services included in the tour.
Furthermore, Lifestyle Travel does not accept responsibility for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or any cause beyond their personal control.

We only take Credit card payments with prior arrangements. This will attract a 3-4% bank surcharge depending on the card used
